MASTERCLASS VINYASA AND FACE YOGA

We have organised again a Vinyasa and Face Yoga Masterclass conducted by trainers Ilaria Tarallo and Vittoria Santoliquido. The event will take place on Saturday 4 February.

The class is scheduled for 9:30 for the registration of all participants. The practice will begin at 10:00 lasting 2 hours.

The first part of the Masterclass will be 1 hour of Vinyasa, a flow at times soft and at times more intense, followed by relaxation; so that the body itself is ready to receive the practice of Face Yoga with an open heart and a relaxed face (as described in bio).

The cost for each participant is €15.

On this occasion, each member will have the opportunity to bring an external friend who is not a member of the Club.
