Masterclass Vinyasa & Face Yoga

It is our pleasure to have organised a Vinyasa and Face Yoga Masterclass led by instructors Ilaria Tarallo and Vittoria Santoliquido.

The event will take place on Saturday 29 November at 14:30.

Meeting time is scheduled for 14:00 for participant registration, while the practice will begin at 14:30 and will last 90 minutes.

The first part of the Masterclass will be 60 minutes of Vinyasa, a flow that will at times be gentle and at times more intense, followed by a relaxation segment so that the body is ready to receive, with an open heart and a relaxed face, the Face Yoga practice.

For this event, each member will have the opportunity to bring an external guest who is not enrolled in the Club, who, after the practice, will have free access to the SPA area.

The registration fee for the Masterclass is €15 for Club members and €30 for external participants, which must be paid at the time of booking to secure your place. Those who are unable to come to the gym in person may register and pay their fee via email or WhatsApp, in order to receive a direct payment link.

Places at the event are limited, therefore bookings must be made no later than Thursday 27 November.
