CROSS TRAINING COMPETITION

We are pleased to inform you that on Saturday 15 November at 11:00 we have organised a Cross Training competition. It will be a team event consisting of two workouts, and the winning teams will qualify for the final.

The event will start at 11:00, with meet-up at 10:30 for participant registration, and will last about 90 minutes.

On this occasion you may invite a guest who is not a Club member to take part in the competition.

The two Team Coaches will be our own Isacco Martufi and Gaetano Fidanzati.

Registration for the Cross Training competition is compulsory and must be completed at our reception no later than Thursday 13 November.
