My work begins when the body stops responding in a linear way to interventions and shows signs of complex adaptation: discomfort that changes over time, limitations that do not follow a simple logic, difficulty sustaining physical and nervous loads without losing continuity.

In these contexts, intervention alone is not enough. It is necessary to understand the system as a whole: real priorities, constraints, recovery capacity and margins for adaptation. Every choice has consequences over time, which is why my approach is not based on standard protocols or isolated solutions.

The programme is built through an in-depth initial assessment and is progressively adapted based on the individual’s real responses. Training, load management and recovery must remain integrable, sustainable and coherent over the long term.

I do not work towards short-term goals or quick-fix interventions. The work is collaborative and high-responsibility. It requires attention, consistency and a capacity for mutual adaptation.

Techniques and technologies, when used, are tools within a broader structure. They do not replace an understanding of the system but support it when necessary.
