"Work like Hell"

Gaetano was born on 22 October 1983 in Nicosia, Sicily. He began by practising swimming, a sport he pursued until earning his qualifications as a swimming instructor and lifeguard assistant. At the age of twelve, he discovered a passion for martial arts, which he carried on for many years, achieving various grades and taking on responsibilities as a regional representative for southern Italy. This enthusiasm for sport led him to enrol at the University of Catania, where he graduated with a degree in Motor Sciences. Armed with both academic knowledge and practical know-how, he then embarked on a career as a personal trainer, honing his expertise and evolving functional training methods with the singular aim of maximising results. In 2013, he joined the Hatlex team under the guidance of Davide.
