It is with pleasure that we inform you that the Vinyasa Yoga session every Tuesday at 08:00 will take place on the Ceresio7 terrace.

The class will be limited to a maximum of 8 people and reservations can be made directly from the Ceresio7 Gym & Spa member’s app from Sunday morning.
