Masterclass Vinyasa & Face Yoga

We are pleased to announce that we have once again organised a Vinyasa and Face Yoga Masterclass, led by instructors Ilaria Tarallo and Vittoria Santoliquido. The event will take place on Saturday, 16th November at 16:30.

The first part of the Masterclass will be a 60-minute Vinyasa session, combining a flow that is at times gentle and at others more intense, followed by a relaxation session. This will prepare the body to receive, with an open heart and relaxed face, the Face Yoga practice.

For this event, each member will have the opportunity to bring a friend who is not a Club member. After the practice, the guest will have free access to the SPA area.

The registration fee for Club members is €15, while for non-members it is €30, payable upon booking to secure a place.

Those unable to come in person to the gym can register and pay their fee via email/WhatsApp, where they will receive a direct payment link.

This event has a limited number of places, so bookings must be made by no later than Thursday, 14th November.
