BOOKING ACCESS TO THE CLUB & COURSES

Dear Member,

This communication to remind you of the mandatory booking on the Ceresio 7 Gym & Spa app to access the club and courses (our Ambassade Biologique Recherche is already open, however the relax area remains temporarily unavailable; courses resume from Monday 31st May).

ALWAYS REMEMBER TO BOOK ENTRANCE TO THE CLUB, BECAUSE OTHERWISE IT WILL NOT BE POSSIBLE TO LET YOU ACCESS. IF YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO BOOK THROUGH THE APP, PLEASE CALL THE TEAM ON +390297162045.

BOOKING

Open the app, select "Prenotazione" (Booking) and at the top right you will find an icon with the tag "Prenota ora" (Book Now); By clicking on it, two options will appear: "Spogliatoio" (Changing Room) and "Corsi" (Courses);

To access the Club it is necessary to book entry access to the relevant changing room—"Maschile" (Male), “Femminile” (Female)—lasting 15 min, which entitles you to a maximum of 2 hours of stay within the Club.

If, in addition to access to the room, you wish attend a course, we remind you that you will also have to book it. Booking the course alone does not entitle you to access the Club. 

We remind you, as always, to cancel your reservation within one hour of the start of the activity if you change your schedule, and before going to the club, make sure that your reservation is confirmed and that you are not on the waiting list.
