Ceresio 7 revolutionises the way you train in the gym, offering an alternative training method that is free from boredom and injuries as every single training session, whether class, or private lesson, is followed obsessively by one or more trainers who verify precisely the correct execution of every single movement.

ANTIGRAVITY YOGA

This is the novelty that comes directly from New York. It is the gentle and therapeutic, but still profound approach to aerial yoga. Its purpose is to help restore balance and well-being, overcoming physical problems, especially those associated with posture. It includes the famous zero gravity inversion technique and the study of new movements supported by the use of the hammock at a minimum height from the ground.

VINYASA YOGA

Vinyasa yoga: the heart of this method is the synchronisation of breath with movement. Through a series of ‘greetings to the sun’ that combine the various asanas, it gives rise to a dynamic, intense but at the same time harmonious practice that works on strength, balance and flexibility.

WOMAN CONDITIONING

Perfect class for women who want to practice high intensity activities focusing on toning and defining legs, buttocks and abdomen using loads and tools that maintain their femininity.

TRX SUSPENSION

Trx Suspension: suspension training based on toning exercises that involve all muscle areas using the TRX tool.

PILATES

Allegro Pilates is a tool that includes Cadillac and Reformer specific for Pilates activity. 60 minutes of activity with the use of small tools (ring, foam roller, soft ball, elastiband).

PILATES MATWORK

Pilates Matwork: training program by Joseph Pilates. Helps the body achieve physical and mental harmony. Strengthens muscles in a natural way. It is a lesson of rebalancing and body alignment that allows us to act on self-awareness and breathing.

GROUP CYCLE

Group Cycle: complete training program, designed to stimulate the cardiovascular system. A special atmosphere, in which the instructor uses various combinations of pedalling on the "bike", guides you to challenge yourself!

POSTURAL

Training program that aims to achieve a state of ideal psycho-physical well-being, through free body exercises of stretching, gymnastics and joint mobility.

CALISTHENICS

Free-body training using simple tools like the bar and the parallel bars. Among the main exercises there are: pull ups, pushups, dips and various movements to strengthen the core / abdominals. In addition, you will be taught progressive propaedeutics that will quickly bring you the basics to get you to perform real stunts like strict muscle up, front lever, back lever, human and vertical "flag".

KOMBAT ADDICT

Course that defines the combat disciplines related to Thai boxing and boxing. It includes a training session lasting 45 minutes in which the concept of self-defense, optimal physical condition and maximum energy efficiency will be applied.
A good part of the time will be devoted to physical preparation through functional training, while in the remaining part we will focus on boxing techniques and consequent dynamics of strokes (sparring and use of hitters). The proposed scenarios will not only focus on the ring, but on a wider and more varied context where the dynamics evolve continuously.

CROSSFIT

Crossfit: has been designed to be practiced by everyone, regardless of the degree of preparation of the individual. It comes from the fusion of different sports and gymnastic activities and aims to develop different physical skills to help people achieve complete well-being, through a series of strengthening and physical conditioning activities that will allow those who practice it to achieve remarkable results and immediate.

c7 HIIT

HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) is a workout consisting of the alternation of short very intense exercises, therefore with a large anaerobic component, followed by less intense recovery periods, generally of an active type, until muscle and / or metabolic exhaustion is reached. This type of training is designed to increase training efficiency, both from a muscular and metabolic point of view and from the point of view of caloric consumption between and after exercise. By training with HIIT it is possible to gain a better physical condition and a higher athletic ability, resulting in an improvement in carbohydrate metabolism.

FUNCTIONAL TRAINING

Functional Training: New muscle toning program based on the concept of functional training in time to music. Training program that aims to achieve 3 different goals: streamline, tone up, strengthen.

POWER ENDURANCE

This class aims to improve endurance in all its components. You will not only work to endure longer in running, rowing, or on the assault bike, but you will also do workouts that increase strength endurance and improve the ability to recover between exercises. This will reduce the breaks within your WODs. The Power Endurance course will enhance the quality of your performance, but it will require consistency and a willingness to break a sweat.
